Project Manager


We are looking for a talented superstar who wants to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. Someone who has EXCELLENT communication skills, is a self-starter, extremely organized, and has a passion for creative work & marketing.

  • Marketing consulting and strategy development.
  • Content Creation & Media Production.
  • Online Marketing (automated marketing, inbound marketing, Facebook/Google Ads, lead generation).

Since we’re a creative agency, we ask for someone with at least super basic knowledge of some creative software and web related technology, such as:

  • WordPress, HTML, CSS, Hosting & Domains
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition
  • We really just want you to have heard of them, know what they do, and opened a file or 2. We’ll give you advanced training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting CEO to coordinate daily operations and keep everything on track
  • Coordinating with clients & team regarding marketing projects.
  • Email correspondence: Updating clients on project status, processing requests.
  • Basic project management: Keeping track of deadlines, coordinating with our team, making sure we’re delivering what we promise.
  • Social Media Management: Posting updates, tracking analytics, creating reports.
  • Assisting with content idea generation and creation.
  • Customer Service: Handle simple requests from our clients and coordinate with team.
  • Biggest responsibility: Director of client happiness 🙂 If the projects are being done, and the client is well updated, they’re happy 99.99% of the time.

Other Responsibilities

  • Social media content creation + management for several clients (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Email etc.).
  • Help gather content ideas.
  • Create original content.
  • Create content calendars, schedules, and posts.
  • Compile and produce analytics reports.
  • Update profiles.
  • Copywriting, write content, descriptions, blogs, edit transcriptions and marketing materials.
  • Using various tools to help coordinate projects between creatives (designer, video editors, writers, etc.) and clients.
  • Help keep projects moving and finished on time.
  • Respond to requests from clients or team.
  • Report to CEO.
  • Basic SEO knowledge, Local search, analytics, conversion optimization, a plus.
  • Basic WordPress (for updating blogs and formatting content).
  • General assistant duties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent English & communication is an absolute must. Articulate + Concise
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to create duplicatable and efficient workflows, and communicate them to the team.
  • Working photoshop/ illustrator skills for design.
  • Working knowledge, with a commitment to excellence, of digital marketing strategies and how social media/ content fits in that equation.
  • Basic understanding of marketing psychology as it relates to the social and content.
  • Ability to convey clear, concise and effective marketing messages.
  • Versatile – you’ll be working on various projects and be required to use different skill sets (aka wear multiple hats).
  • Flexibility – working in a startup can sometimes be hectic.
  • Responsible, reliability and consistency is a must.
  • Creative, Innovative and always learning.
  • Great design and aesthetic sense.
  • Self-starter and takes the initiative.
