We are looking for a proactive go getter who works well independently and knows how to achieve great advertising results. You will be working closely with the Account Manager managing the execution of paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s paid advertising campaigns and working within a cross-functional team to achieve growth in leads, sales, and brand awareness.

This is a part-time, remote-work contractor position. Just Digital Inc is headquartered in Los Angeles, California. You’ll be working remotely with our team during normal business hours, communication is done via a project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Facebook ad and Google ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis.
  • Work with the Client to create advertising strategies and set attainable growth targets.
  • Advertising management of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Conducting keyword research and audience targeting research.
  • Writing ad copy and coordinating with our design team to create effective advertisements.
  • Creating and tracking A/B tests for all advertisements and coordinating with our web team to implement changes to landing pages and websites to improve conversion rates.
  • Managing budgets and tracking KPI’s and ROAS.
  • Set-up, monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis to ensure our targets are met.
  • Ensure tracking codes, tags, phone numbers and URLs are implemented properly, so we can track conversions.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the Account manager to ensure we are delivering on client KPI’s and to help identify and hone in on campaign metrics for further optimization.
  • Manage search and display marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of paid advertising management experience working full time with an ad agency or in-house.
  • 3+ Google Deep background in SEM and social media advertising.
  • Google marketing stack knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent writing and creative content skills.
  • You pay attention to detail and have a professional approach to time and deadlines.
  • Can handle and prioritize multiple accounts and have great organizational skills and ability to organize content and files.
  • Natural flair with numbers and analysis, you are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Be in the know with industry trends and developments in paid marketing.
  • You enjoy working with a team and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are organized, responsible and reliable: consistency is a must.
